كملنا كلام عن growth of face
🔹لازم نعرف ان growth of face will be below the bone of cranium
🔹قسمنا مراحل الgrowth على حسب الsite
🔹اول مكان growth of upper face ولازم نعرف name of six sutures
🔹بعدين growth of maxilla وده بيكون on 2 ways بس المهم ان الاتجاه النهائي بيكون growth forward and dowenward
🔹اخر مكان في الgrowth of face بيكون الgrowth of mandible
🔹اخر حاجه لازم نعرف الطرق الي من خلالها نحدد اذا كان النمو سليم ولا لا how to assess growth

🔹اتكلمنا عن development of dentition
🔹بيكون على مرحلتين
1-Predental stage
2-Dental stages ودي تنقسم لثلاث مراحل
-deciduous
-mixed
-permanent
🔹ناخد اول مرحله predental stage
-start from 0-6 months
-formation of maxillary and mandibular gum pads occur
-gum pads لها خصائص مهمه وهي
(Horseshoe appearance, shallow vault, transverse groove donate eruption of deciduous incisors, lateral sulcus donate eruption of canine)
-at this stage it is difficult to see occlusion
-maxilla bigger than mandible
-distal relation of mandible to maxilla is normal
-only function of mandible is opening & closing
🔹المرحلة الثانيه وهي deciduous dentition
-normal spaces between tooth such as generalized spacing – primate space
مهم نعرف كل واحد مكانه فين و أهميته
-at age of 3 years normal deep overbite occur but later will be correct by eruption of molars
-at age of 6 years normal relation occur such cup to cup at canine and posterior teeth
مهم نعرف الحالة الطبيعيه الي بتكون موجوده ف كل مرحله و بعدين بتتعدل ازاي

🔹تعريف ال malocclusion وهو deviation from normal وممكن يكون فيه سنة واحده او اكثر من سنه او في فك واحد او الفكين مع بعض
🔹عرفنا terminology منها
🔸Over jet = herizontal distance normaly about 0-2 mm
🔸Over bite = vertical distance the upper teeth should cover about 1/3 of lower teeth
🔸Posterior open bite =happend due to toung thrusting
🔸Scissor bite =the lower teeth contained with upper totally
